The Company is owned and operated by a Mother and Daughter Team, Sally and Jessica Winfrey.
In the beginning in 2011 Sally was approached by her good friend Judy Rozier Beebe who had the idea of opening a cupcake shop. And so it began! Judy eventually went off to start another company and Sally brought aboard her daughter Jessica.
Sally was raised in the small Washington town of Gig Harbor and later attended Tacoma Community College for Business Management. After decorating cakes at Safeway for 11 years, she was promoted to bakery merchandiser and relocated to the Inland Northwest. Five years later she became a Bakery Merchandiser for URM Stores. In 2000, she took a sales position with ADM Milling Co. as a Bakery Sales Tech which gave her the opportunity to attend the American Institute of Baking. Sally and her husband David have three children.
Jessica, Sally’s youngest child of three, has worked at Sweet Frostings since the very first booth at a small thrift fair the summer of 2011. She attended Spokane Falls Community College for business and spent time working in the restaurant industry. She has worked her way up from sales & office assistant to become a valued Manager and CEO of the Company. Jessica serves on the board for the business improvement district (BID) for the Spokane Downtown Partnership since 2021 and graduated the SBA Emerging Leaders Program. Jessica is married and lives in Spokane Valley.
The Patch Boys was established to provide homeowners a trustworthy, reliable drywall patching service. After spending years in the construction industry, the founders of The Patch Boys noticed that many general contractors, larger construction companies, and the average handyman service wouldn’t typically take on small drywall and ceiling repair jobs.
Many homeowners had nowhere to turn for professional, reliable help fixing the various holes, dings, and dents that inevitably occur in their homes. With this knowledge and industry experience, The Patch Boys set out to meet this need and become one of America’s most trusted drywall repair companies.
Over ten years later, we’re still here, providing homeowners with peace of mind and honest, professional drywall patching, repair, and installation services. Our customers choose us time and time again because of our honesty, quality workmanship, and respect for you and your home. We’re proud to offer our community a better plaster, sheetrock, and drywall repair company.

VIP is a culmination of 25+ years of industry experience that started with two people passionate about sound and lighting: Troy Reit and George Lathrop. George started Silhouette Lighting and Staging selling lights in his garage, and Troy started in high school running sound on a couple Radio Shack mixers. Humble beginnings for sure, but through hard work and perseverance they became the top lighting and audio companies in Spokane!
In 2014, Troy envisioned a company that could offer broad audio and visual services, while George was looking to retire and pass the torch. The stars aligned and VIP Production NW was born. Now, years later, we continue to reinvent ourselves by implementing new technologies to manage our services and enhance our customer experience, upgrade and expand our inventory, and increase our partnerships with local businesses and customers alike.
